There is no shame in perfect love. You don’t have to hide. Jesus longs to fill every area of your life—especially the places where you aren’t secure. It isn’t until you feel the penetrating gaze of the Lord upon your life that you realize there are still places you’ve closed off to him. Jesus has called you to freedom.
When you long to walk with him in total abandon, he will answer the cry of your heart. No aspect of your life is off-limits. Even the walls you built to protect yourself from pain, have caught his attention. But your well-constructed hiding places will not hinder the Healer. He will patiently wait for you to yield. In this new season of maturing love, you’ll discover how safe his love is. Open your heart and invite him in. Let nothing hinder your sacred intimacy with Jesus.

Prayer:
Jesus, I open my life to you and ask you to be Lord of every area. Change me. Purify me. Let me see myself the way you do, so I may realize my true identity. When I focus on you, I am confident and courageous—truly alive. So, I will keep my focus on you, and together, we will victoriously overcome my shortcomings and weaknesses.
