CODEPENDENCY is a behavioral condition in a relationship where one person enables another person’s addiction, poor mental health, immaturity or underachievement. Common signs include low self esteem, no or very poor boundaries, lack of communication or clear communication, people pleasing personality, being in denial, obsession with partner, excusing bad or abusive behavior, doing anything to keep relationships afloat, manipulating and controlling and so on.
