“The entire universe is standing on tiptoe, yearning to see the unveiling of God’s glorious sons and daughters!”
Romans 8:19 TPT
I love this translation. . . “the entire universe is standing on tiptoe. . .”. That is suggestive of eagerness, an expectancy for something grandeur. Why is the entire universe awaiting the unveiling of the sons & daughters of God?
- Because they recognize that believers carry dynamo.
“Little children, you can be certain that you belong to God and have conquered them, for the One who is living in you is far greater than the one who is in the world.” 1John 4:4 TPT
- Because they know you are a ruler, an authority, a force to be reckoned with.
“And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth.” Revelation 5:10 NKJV
- Because they know you can decree anything and it shall be established.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.”Proverbs 18:21 NKJV
“You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.”Job 22:28 NKJV
- Because they know you are operating under the blood of the new covenant which is eternal.
“And we have come to Jesus who established a new covenant with his blood sprinkled upon the mercy seat; blood that continues to speak from heaven, “forgiveness,” a better message than Abel’s blood that cries from the earth, “justice.”” Hebrews 12:24 TPT
- Because they recognize you as an overcomer.
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?” – 1 John 5:4-5 NKJV
The world appears to be more aware of the authority which believers wield than the carriers of the power. Why? Isn’t it about time for you and I to arise from our complacency and complicity, and start to shine our lights.?
We, the church, have the power and the authority of God backs us up. Until we arise and say “Enough!” the darkness of pandemic, crime, immorality, corruption and such like will continue.
Will you rise up, pick up your God-given authority and start to use it?
Will you?
