The month of August is pregnant with endless possibilities. . .
Through technology called ULTRASOUND, it is possible to have knowledge of the sex of an unborn baby and it’s genetic characteristics. Similarly, it is possible to know what characterizes a new month – what a new month could entail or birth.
How?
“Ask, and the gift is yours. Seek, and you’ll discover. Knock, and the door will be opened for you. For every persistent one will get what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he longs for. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an open door.”
Matthew 7:7-8 TPT
“. . . . Yet you don’t have what you want because you don’t ask God for it.”
James 4:2 NLT
Interestingly, the Bible reveals to us that each month carries it’s unique peculiarities.
“ Through the middle of the broadway of the city; also, on either side of the river was the tree of life with its twelve varieties of fruit, yielding each month its fresh crop; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing and the restoration of the nations. [Gen. 2:9.] ”

Within the month of August, there are good and bad possibilities. On His part, God will answer anyone who calls upon Him and grant their desires. Also, He already made provision for our good, especially for those who are in covenant relationship with Him.
“For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.””
Romans 10:13 NLT
“ By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. ”
2 Peter 1:3 NLT
On the other hand, Satan sets out at all times to kill, steal and destroy. John 10:10
So, where do you hang your faith this month? On God’s Word, human knowledge or the uncertainty that fills the atmosphere?
August being the eighth month in the year is often regarded as MONTH OF NEW BEGINNINGS- number 8 is symbolic of new beginnings. A few Bible passages that can become your needed anchor, not only this month but always are:
- “And the one sitting on the throne said, “Look, I am making everything new!” And then he said to me, “Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true.”” Revelation 21:5 NLT
- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.”Isaiah 43:18-19 NKJV
- “Though your beginning was small, Yet your latter end would increase abundantly.” Job 8:7 NKJV
- “In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.” Revelation 22:2-3 NKJV
Armed with these scriptures, by faith write down your expected delightful outcome, then craft your mantra and start to chant them all the time. If you’re consistently making these declarations, I assure you, you’ll soon have testimony.
God’s mandate to you is to be fruitful, multiply and exercise dominion over all His works. . . Genesis 1:26-28. Dominion begins with employing the Word of God as a sword to execute judgement over all situations and commanding them to submit in obedience to the infallible word of God.
When you practice the word of God, testimonials are bound to happen!
