Are you still excited about 2022? Are you still focused on implementing your new year resolutions? Or, are you yet to properly articulate your goals for the new year? Are you still traumatized about your negative experiences in 2021?

Wherever you may be, whatever your position in regards to the questions posed above, one thing which you must know is this: the point of power is always in the present moment. What are you planning to do NOW? What you choose to do now is more important than what had been. Your experience can change if only you’ll make positive choices henceforth about what you think about, what you say and what you do.

How are you seeing 2022? What mental image comes to your mind anytime you ponder about the new year? The image you constantly see in your mind will eventually become your reality.

“When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild. But whoever obeys the law is joyful.”
Proverbs 29:18 NLT

“I will climb up to my watchtower and stand at my guard post. There I will wait to see what the Lord says and how he will answer my complaint. Then the Lord said to me, “Write my answer plainly on tablets, so that a runner can carry the correct message to others. This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed.”
Habakkuk 2:1-3 NLT

These scriptures provide useful guidelines on how you could successfully navigate the new year.
Take note of the following:

  1. Let your starting point be divine. If God gives you a revelation, He will not only commit to its accomplishment but also the process. Seek divine guidance as you plan your activities in 2022.
  2. Your personal commitment to seeking divine guidance is important. Whenever you seek, you’ll find.
  3. Write down the vision which you received for 2022. A vision board provides a visual representation of your goals for the new year. Whatever you see often times becomes the outcome you get.
  4. Break down your goals to small achievable ones. It is okay to have a 5 years goal but it is more achievable if it is broken down to yearly, monthly, weekly and daily goals. Success is defined as “a few acts of self discipline practiced daily over a reasonable period of time.
  5.  Focus on the end result not the process. The process may be laborious, slow or fast but the end result will ultimately justify the process.

In conclusion, realize that teamwork makes the dream work. Team up with the Source of all things and you can be sure that 2022 will turn out to be your best year yet.

To your Success in 2022!
